Potato Halwa
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 4 boiled potatoes
- ½ cup ghee
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 small cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and pista
Method
- Grate or mash boiled potatoes.
- Put butter in a non stick or heavy bottom pan and heat
- Fry the potatoes on low flame, stir constantly until the potatoes turn pink.
- Put Sugar and fry until halwa becomes dry, mixed the chopped nuts and cardamom powder.
- Serve Hot potato halwa.
