Potato Curry with Curd
Ingredients
- 4 medium of size boiled Potato
- 2 green chilly finely chopped
- 1 small piece grated Ginger
- 1 small tsp Cumin
- 1 big teaspoon Roast the peanut powder
- 1 cup Yogurt or buttermilk
- 2 spoon green Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 tsp Ghee
- Rock salt to taste
Method
- Cut the Boiled potatoes into small pieces.
- Heat the Ghee in a pan and fry the Cumin.
- Add the green chili and ginger fry for 30 sec.
- Add the potato, roasted peanut powder and yogurt or buttermilk in the pan.
- Let it cook for 4 to 5 min.
- After 5 min, turn of the gas.
- Garnish the curry with green coriander leaves.
- And serve with kuttu or singhara puri.
