Kuttu Atta Pakora

Ingredientsfor pakora
- 1 cup Kuttu Atta
- 4 Potatoes (boiled and peeled and cut in to small pieces)
- 2 Spoon Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- 2-3 Green Chilies (chopped)
- Rock Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Mix together the kuttu atta, Potatoes, green chilies,coriander leaves and salt.
- Pour some water and mix all ingredients. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil in the pan for deep-frying.
- Put the potato pieces into the hot oil one by one.
- Fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with green coriander chutney.
