Chat Masala

Ingredients
¼ cup roasted coriander

2 tbsp dried Mint Leaves powder  

½ cup Kashmiri red chilli (sun dried or roasted)

¼  cup roasted cumin seeds

¼ cup dry mango powder

1 tbsp pepper corn

¼ cup white salt

1 tbsp black salt

1 tbsp carom seeds (roasted)

5-6 clove

¼ tsp asafoetida

Method (How to make chat masala at Home )

Mix all ingredient and Powder all the ingredients in a grinder.

Store in an air-tight container.

Use as required.
