Quick Poha Uttapam
Ingredients

1 cup poha

1/2 cup semolina

1/2 cup curd

1 cup mixed vegetable (carrot, capsicum, peas, onions, tomatoes)

1/2 inch ginger grated

1-2 green chillies
-
1/4 cup green coriander
-
1 tsp chili flex
-
1 teaspoon salt

Oil
Method (How to make instant poha uttapam for breakfast)

Wash the poha with water, drain water and keep aside.

Put soaked poha in a mixer jar, add semolina, curd, salt, ginger, green chili and some water and make a smooth batter.

Transfer in a bowl add half of the vegetables and chopped coriander, chilli flax and mix wel, If batter in thick add some water and mix it should be like Idli batter.

Now heat a non stick pan with oil, and then put a big spoon batter and spread it thick. spread lot of vegetables over it.

Put oil on all sides and fry until golden and crisp from both sides.

Serve hot with hot green chutney or tomato sauce
