Lemon Rice
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Cooked Rice 2 cup
- Lime juice 3-4 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
- Mustered seed 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal 1/4tsp
- Channa dal 1/4tsp
- Curry leaves 8-10
- Red chillies 2 (Broken)
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Fenugreek powder 1/4tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method
- Heat oil in a deep pan (kadhai), add mustard seeds.
- When mustard seeds pops, add urad and channa , broken red chillies, asafoetida, turmeric and curry leaves stir for 1min.
- Add cooked rice and mix properly and cook 1-2 minuts.
- Turn off the gas and add lemon juice and fenugreek powder mix thoroughly.
- Lemon rice is ready.
