Garlic Rasam

 

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

 

  • 2 tomato
  • 7 garlic cloves (paste)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 dry chili
  • 1 tsp mustrad seeds
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 2 dry chili
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste.

 

Method (How to make rasam)

 

  • First grind dry chili, cumin seeds and black pepper, make a dry masala.
  • Boil the tomato for 5 mints then smash it well.
  • Heat 2 spoon oil in the pan.
  • Then add Urad dal, mustard seeds, dry chili and curry leaves, sauté it now add garlic paste saute 2 mints.
  • After that add grinded masala, salt and smashed tomato mixture sauté it nicely until remove the raw smell of them.
  • When it started boiling then turns off the flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
