Garlic Rasam
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 2 tomato
- 7 garlic cloves (paste)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 dry chili
- 1 tsp mustrad seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 2 dry chili
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
- 3 tsp oil
- Salt to taste.
Method (How to make rasam)
- First grind dry chili, cumin seeds and black pepper, make a dry masala.
- Boil the tomato for 5 mints then smash it well.
- Heat 2 spoon oil in the pan.
- Then add Urad dal, mustard seeds, dry chili and curry leaves, sauté it now add garlic paste saute 2 mints.
- After that add grinded masala, salt and smashed tomato mixture sauté it nicely until remove the raw smell of them.
- When it started boiling then turns off the flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
