Mix Vegetables Roll

Materials (for 3-4 servings)

  • 2 big potatoes boiled and mashed
  • ½ cup grated cabbage
  • ½ cup grated cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
  • 2 tspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • Mix grated cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, ginger and green chilli paste in mashed potatoes.
  • Now add coriander, salt and chaat masalaand mix will.
  • Divide in to 10-12 equal part and make rolls with mixture.
  • Mix corn flour with 1/4 cup of water and make smooth paste
  • Spread the grated paneer in flat plate.
  • Now Heat oil in a pan (kadhai)
  • First Dip the roll in the corn flour, then roll up to the grated paneer
  • Now put in the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
  • Similarly, make all rolls.
  • Serve hot with Tomato sauce or green chutney.
