Masala Poori

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cup aata
  • ¼ cup sooji
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying  

 

 

 

Method (How to make wheat flour masala poori)

 

  • Mix atta and sooji in big bowl and add carom seeds, chilli powder, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, salt and 1 tbsp oil.
  • Add water and knead soft dough.
  • Cover with wet cloth and keep aside for 30-40 minutes.
  • Heat oil in deep pan.
  • Make small balls with the dough and roll small poori.
  • Fry in hot oil.
  • Serve hot with pickle or any curry.
