Masala Poori
Ingredients
- 2 cup aata
- ¼ cup sooji
- 1 tsp carom seeds
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
Method (How to make wheat flour masala poori)
- Mix atta and sooji in big bowl and add carom seeds, chilli powder, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, salt and 1 tbsp oil.
- Add water and knead soft dough.
- Cover with wet cloth and keep aside for 30-40 minutes.
- Heat oil in deep pan.
- Make small balls with the dough and roll small poori.
- Fry in hot oil.
- Serve hot with pickle or any curry.
