Coconut and Mint Chutney
Ingredients
- Coconut - 1 cup (grated)
- Chillies – 3
- Mint leaves - ½ cup
- Fried Gram -1½tbsp
- Tamarind pulp – ½tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2 tbsp
For the seasoning
- Mustard -1/4 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - a little
- Pour oil in pan and sout mint leaves for 1 minut.
- And grind all ingredients with water and salt.
- Heat a tsp of oil and add the urad dal, mustard and curry leaves. and pour over the grainded chutny.
- Serve this chutny with idly, dosa, vada or anything of your choice.
