Vegetable Szechuan Noodles
Ingredient
- 3 cup boiled noodles
- 1 big chopped carrot
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 cup chopped greenbell pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ cupchopped spring onion
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp tomato sauce
- 3 tsp chili, garlic paste
- Pepper powder ¼ tsp
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 3 tsp oil
- Salt as per taste
Method (How to make szechuan noodles)
- Heat oil in the pan the add grated ginger and saute ½ min.
- Now add chopped onion and saute few min. add chilli, garlic paste and saute. add carrot, cabbagesaute it for 1 min.
- After that add add chopped green pepper and spring onion saute few seconds
- Now add boiled noodles,soy sauce,tomato sauce,pepper powder mix everything properly and turn off the flame.
- Serve hot szechuan noodles.
