Vegetable Macaroni
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 3 cups boiled macaroni
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilli
- 3 tbsp grated scheese
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- salt to taste
Method
- Heat the butter in pan and fry the onion for 1 minute.
- Add the capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies and fry again for 1 minute.
- Add the boiled macaroni, grated cheese and salt and sprinkle the spring onion remove from the heat.
- Serve hot with tomato sause.
