Baked Pasta
Ingredients (for 2-3 servings)
- 2 cups boiled macaroni
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1 cup cut and boiled vegetables (carrot, beans, mater)
- 1 capsicum, chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 3 tsp butter
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp grated cooking cheese
Method (How to make pasta)
- Heat the butter and fry the onion and green chili for 1 minute.
- Add the boiled vegetables and saute 1 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree, tomato ketchup and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the boiled macaroni, pepper and salt.
- Pour pasta in oven safe vessel and sprinkle the cheese over it.
- Bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Serve hot.
