Paneer Capsicum
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 1 cup Paneer (100 gram)
- 1 Tomato, (long sliced)
- 1 Large Capsicum (long sliced)
- 1 Onion (long sliced)
- ¼tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ¼tsp Turmeric pwd
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli pwd
- 1/2 tsp Coriander pwd
- 1 tblsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tsp Garam masala pwd
- salt to taste
- 2 tblsp Vegetable/Olive oil
- chopped Coriander for garnish
Directions
- Heat Oil in a panadd Cumin seeds. When the seeds are light brown, add Onion & Capsicum. Fry for a min & add Ginger-garlic paste & fry well for few secs.
- Add Tomato and fry few min. Add Turmeric pwd, Coriander pwd, Red chilli pwd, & Salt. Mix well & close the lid, cook till the Capsicum and tomatoes are soft.
- Add mash Paneer Stir well for 3-4 mins. Add kasuri methi & garam masala mix gently.
- Garnish with chopped Coriander & serve hot with chapati, roti, etc.
