Kashmiri Paneer Tikka Masala
Ingredients (for 4-5 servings)

300 gm paneer

2 tbsp coriander leaves

1 large onion

1-1 small red and green capsicum
-
2 large red tomato
-
¼ cup almonds (soaked and remove skin)

¼ cup raisin
-
¼ cup fresh cream
-
½ tsp garam masala
-
2 whole red chilli
-
2 tbsp ghee or butter
-
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

Salt as per taste
For marinate
-
1/2 cup fresh curd
-
½ tsp garam masala
-
½ tsp red chilli powder
-
½ tsp pepper powder
-
¼ tsp cumin powder
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
Salt as per taste
Method (How to make kashmiri paneer tikka masala)

Mix all marinating ingredients and make smooth paste.

Add paneer cubes and keep aside for 30-40 minutes.

Heat tawa or griddle and add some ghee or butter fry paneer cubes till crispy and light brown.

Heat oil in a pan add whole red chili sauté for few second, add onion cubes and capsicum cubes and sauté for few minutes. Add almonds and raisin.

Add chopped tomato and cook till tomato soft. Add marinate ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, chilli powder, cream and garam masala and mix well.

Add fried paneer cubes and switch off the flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with nan or chapati.
