Mango Pana
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 1 Raw Mango
- 2 tbsp Pudina paste (Mint)
- ½tbsp Jira powder
- ½tbsp Sugar
- Black pepper powder 2 pinch
- Black salt to taste.
Method
- Boil the Raw Mango with 2 glasses of water in a pressure cooker and Let this cool
- After cooling down mash the mango in same water and throw away the skin and seed.
- Add the Pudina paste, Jira powder, salt and black pepper powder, sugar and mix well. Serve it chilled. (Garnish it with some fresh mint leaves).
