Coconut Icecream
Ingredients

1 cup tendered coconut water

2 cup tender coconut meat

½ cup condensed milk

1 cup thick coconut milk

½ cup sugar

1 cup whipped milk cream
Method (how to make tender coconut icecream at home)

Mix tender coconut water and half of the coconut meat and grind to make paste.

Nicely chopped remaining coconut meat.

Nicely beat the whipped cream, add coconut milk and tender coconut paste and sit well.

Add sugar and condensed milk stir nicely until sugar dissolve.

Add chopped coconut meat and mix well.

Keep in a freezer for 6-8 hrs.

Serve after 8 hours and enjoy.
