Chilli Garlic Noodles
Ingredients(For3-4 servings)
- 3-4 cup Noodles (boiled)
- 2 tsp Lemon
- 4 Green chilies (finely sliced)
- 6-8 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Carrots (finely sliced)
- 1/2 cup Spring onions (finely sliced 1” peices)
- 1/2 cup Cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- 2 tsp Dark Soya sauce
- 3 tbls oil
- Salt to taste
Method (How to make chilly garlic noodles)
- Heat oil in a Non stick pan or wok and fry garlic on medium flame till light golden.
- Add carrots, cabbage and spring onions and stir fry on high flame for a few minutes.
- Add salt, red chili flakes, green chilies, soya sauce and noodles, mixwell cook for few minutes.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onions and servehot.
