Potato Halwa

 

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • ½ cup ghee
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 small cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and pista

Method

  • Grate or mash boiled potatoes.
  • Put butter in a non stick or heavy bottom pan and heat
  • Fry the potatoes on low flame, stir constantly until the potatoes turn pink.
  • Put Sugar and fry until halwa becomes dry, mixed the chopped nuts and cardamom powder.  
  • Serve Hot potato halwa.
