Potato Curry with Curd

 

 

Ingredients

 

  • 4 medium of size boiled Potato
  • 2 green chilly finely chopped
  • 1 small piece grated Ginger
  • 1 small tsp Cumin
  • 1 big teaspoon Roast the peanut powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt or buttermilk
  • 2 spoon green Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • Rock salt to taste

  

Method

 

  • Cut the Boiled potatoes into small pieces.
  • Heat the Ghee in a pan and fry the Cumin.
  • Add the green chili and ginger fry for 30 sec.
  • Add the potato, roasted peanut powder and yogurt or buttermilk in the pan.
  • Let it cook for 4 to 5 min.
  • After 5 min, turn of the gas.
  • Garnish the curry with green coriander leaves.
  • And serve with kuttu or singhara puri.
