Peanut Barfi



  • 250 gram peanuts
  • 250 gram sugar
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 3-4 green cardamom powder


  • Fry peanut in a heavy bottom pan. Remove the covering of peanuts and coarsely crush it
  • Put sugar in a pan and pour half a cup of water to make syrup.
  • Mix peanuts and cardamom powder and stir continuously to dry up.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased plate
  • Spread it evenly with spatula
  • Cut it into desired shape.
  • store in airtight jar.
