Ingredientsfor pakora

  • 1 cup Kuttu Atta
  • 4 Potatoes (boiled and peeled and cut in to small pieces)
  • 2 Spoon Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying


  • Mix together the kuttu atta, Potatoes, green chilies,coriander leaves and salt.
  • Pour some water and mix all ingredients. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in the pan for deep-frying.
  • Put the potato pieces into the hot oil one by one.
  • Fry until golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with green coriander chutney.
