Sooji Ya Rava Laddu


  • Semolina or rava 2 cups
  • Mawa or Milk Solid 1 cup
  • Powder sugar 2 cups
  • Desi Ghee - 1 cup
  • Cashew (thin sliced​​) 50 g
  • Almonds (thin sliced​​) 50 g
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cold milk 1 Tsp


  • Take a heavy bottom pan and fry the Milk solid until pink on low flame and let it be cool.
  • Now take ghee in the pan and fry the cashew and almonds and take it out from the pan.
  • In same ghee pour the Semolina or rava and fry until light brown on low flame.
  • Turn off the gas and let the Semolina to be cool.
  • Now mix well the milk solid, sugar powder, milk, cashew and almonds in the Semolina or rava.
  • Make small bolls or laddus of the mixture.
  • Rava Laddus are ready serve and Store in an air tight container.
