Sonth Ke Laddu Dry Ginger Powder Laddu

 

Ingredients: 

100 gms ginger powder (soonth powder) 

250 gram almond (powder) 

2cup wheat flour 

1 big dry cocunut grated (or 2 cup powder coconut) 

700 gram jaggery grated coarsely 

500 cups goond granules  

300 gram ghee 

1/4 tsp green cardamom powder 

1 cup dry fruits (kaju, kishmis, pista, chiraunji)

 

Method: 

Heat a heavy bottom wok and Add goond granules, when goond pop remove from wok and set aside and grind coarsely. 

Now put half ghee in the wok and add wheat flour and fry till golden brown, remove from the heat and set aside. 

Put jaggery in the wok and stir to melt only. 

Now Add all other ingredients as follows, wheat flour, almond powder, grated coconut, goond powder, cardamom powder, sonth powder, dry fruits and remaining ghee and mix well. 

Make laddu from the mixture and store in airtight container. 

Consume one aur two daily with milk in breakfast
