Pav Bhaji Masala Powder




  • Coriander seeds 5 tbls
  • Whole black pepper 1/2tblstbls
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbls
  • Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tbls
  • Black cardamoms 1-2
  • Cloves 10
  • Cinnamon stick 1” piece
  • Nutmag 1 small peice
  • Mango powder (Amchur) 2 tbls
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tsp
  • Black Salt 1 tbls

Method: (How to make Pav Bhaji Masala Powder)


Take a small pan and put coriander seeds, black pepper, fenugreek, cumin seeds, and cloves.


Roast them on low heat for 3-4 mins, stirring continuously.


Now turn off the heat and cool it.


Combine all other ingredients and grind them to a fine powder.


Pav Bhaji Masala Powder is ready to use.


Store in air-tight container.
