Quick Poha Uttapam



  • 1 cup poha

  • 1/2 cup semolina

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1 cup mixed vegetable (carrot, capsicum, peas, onions, tomatoes)

  • 1/2 inch ginger grated

  • 1-2 green chillies

  • 1/4 cup green coriander

  • 1 tsp chili flex

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Oil

Method (How to make instant poha uttapam for breakfast)

  • Wash the poha with water, drain water and keep aside.

  • Put soaked poha in a mixer jar, add semolina, curd, salt, ginger, green chili and some water and make a smooth batter.

  • Transfer in a bowl add half of the vegetables and chopped coriander, chilli flax and mix wel, If batter in thick add  some water and mix it should be like Idli batter.

  • Now heat a non stick pan with oil, and then put a big spoon batter and spread it thick. spread lot of vegetables over it.

  • Put oil on all sides and fry until golden and crisp from both sides.

  • Serve hot with hot green chutney or tomato sauce
