Sooji ke Kabab


1 cup Sooji

2 medium size Onion (chopped)

1 tsp grated Garlic, Ginger

1 green chilli (chopped)

Salt as per taste

1/2 tsp Red chilli(crushed)

2 tsp Oil for cooking

4 tbls oil for shallow frying kabab

Method (How to make sooji ke kabab)

Add two tsp of oil in a pan, and then add half of the chopped onion on it and cook it until light brown colour but not got burnt. Now add garlic, ginger and green chillies and saute for few seconds, then add sooji and all other spices in it.

Stir it and cook it for a while. Then add water to it but water should not be in the qantity that it makes it to lose the gesture it should remain a little hard (Dough like Mixture).

Remove from the heat and let it to cool down.

Now add remaining chopped onion.

Now make round cakes from it like kebabs. Now heat a non stick tawa or pan add some oil and then shallow fry it. Until it get to golden colour.

Enjoy the kabab with ketchup or mint chutney.
