Sandwich with Curd Filling


6 slices of brownor any sandwich bread

1/2 cupof hung curd

1 tbsp onion (chopped)

1 tbsp grated carrot

1 tbsp finely chopped tomato

1 tbls grated cabbage

1 tsp chopped coriander

1 tsp black pepper (crushed)

salt to taste

Method (How to make healthy curd sandwich)

Take hung curd in a bowl mix chopped vegetables, salt and pepper mix properly.

Filling is ready.

Now take one slice of bread and spread filling properly on the breadcover it with other breadand cut in sandwich shape.

Serve with tomato ketchup.

Or apply some butter or ghee both side of sandwich and roast sanwich on tawa till light brown in colour.
