Matar Paneer Cutlet

 

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup boiled and mashed peas

  • ½ cup boiled and mashed potato

  • ½ cup grated paneer

  • 1 tsp green chilli (finely chopped)

  •  ¼ cup onion (finely chopped)

  • 2tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)

  • 1 tsp mustard paste

  • ¼ tsp pepper powder

  • 2 tbsp corn flour

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt as per taste

 

 

Method(How to make matar paneer cutlet)

 

  • Mix boiled and mashed potato and peas together.

  • Add chopped chilli, onion, coriander leaves, mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  • Add half of the corn flour and mix well and make small small balls.

  • Take one ball and fill 1 tsp grated paneer and cover it and make small round or triangle tikki. Roll over corn flour.

  • Heat tawa and put some butter over tawa shallow fry all tikki till light brown from both side.

  • Serve hot with green mango chutney or sauce.
