Aloo Paratha - Potato or Aloo Paratha

Ingredients:

   2 cups wheat flour

  2 medium sized boiled potatoes

  1 tsp Amchur powder

  Salt to taste

  2 green chillies finely chopped

  1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  1 tsp chaat masala

  ½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves

Method

 Mix 2 tsp oil and salt in the flour and knead soft dough and keep it for ½  hrs.

 Mash the boiled potatoes, add salt, red chilli, amchur, chat masala, green chillies

and chopped coriander and mix well and make 10 equal part.

 Now make 10 equal part of kneaded flour.

 Now take one piece of flour and fill one part of potato mixture and make small roti

using your hand. (By this way filling will not come out)

 Now roll the roti by using rolling pin.

 Now put a non stick tawa on the gas and fry that roti on the tawa, apply oil in the

both side of the roti and fry till golden brown. Make all the paratha as same

procedure.

 Serve hot with dahi and pickle.
