Aloo Kulcha


2 cups flour

¼ tsp soda bi corb

2 tbls yogurt

2 tbls milk

3 tbls oil

Salt to taste

Filling materials

2 Boiled potatoes

1 small onion chooped

2 green chillychooped

½ cup chopped coriander

1 tbls mint leaf (pudina)chooped

1 tsp Anardana

½ tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp kalonji seeds

2 tbls butter

Salt to taste

Method(How to make kulcha)

Sieve flour in a big plate add salt and soda bi corb, milk and yogurt and knead soft dough and keep aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes apply some oil and cover with wet cloth and keep aside for 2 hrs.

Mash the boiled potatoes, add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and

mix well, add Anardana, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt, and divide in 10 parts.

Now make 10 equal part of kneaded flour.

Take one part of flour and fill with one part of filling and make small roti by using your hand

now roll the roti on rolling board, spread some kalongi seed over it.

Spread some oil and dry flour on baking tray, place roti on baking tray.

Pre heat the oven and bake roti for 6-8 minuts, turn in between.

Or heat a non stick tawa and roast both side of roti by applying some oil.

Kulcha is ready, apply some butter and serve hot with chole.
