Sweet Mango Pickle


  1. Big Raw Mangoes 1kg
  2. Sugar 3/4 kg
  3. Red chilli powder 2tsp
  4. Salt 4 tsp


  1. Wash mangoes and pat dry with cloth. now peel all the mangoes and grate them.
  2. Now mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Now put the mixture in a glass jar and cover the jar mouth with cotton cloth.
  4. And keep the jar in sun light atleast for 1 week. Stir mixture everyday with dry spoon.
