Green Chutney


  • Coriander leaves 1 big bunch (2 cups)
  • Mint leaves ½ of the bunch (1 cup)
  • Ginger 1 inch peice
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Lemons juice - half a lemon
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Salt


  • Clean and wash coriander and mint leaves nicely two or three times.Drain and keep it aside.
  • Peel the ginger and wash.
  • Grind coriander, mint,ginger, green chillies, salt, lemon and sugar together without using water. keep in the fridge in any airtight container.
  • This chutney can be stored for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
