Spinach Sandwich




  • 1 cup finally chopped spinach leaves
  • 1 cup boiled sweet corn
  • ½ cup mash paneer
  • 2-3 flakes grated garlic
  • 1-2 chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbsp of chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 12 sandwich bread slices
  • 2-3 tbsp butter for toasting
  • Salt as per taste




  • Pour 1tbsp butter in a frying pan, add grated garlic and green chillies saute for few secs.
  • Add chopped spinach and corn, cook on high flame till water evaporates.
  • Add mash paneer, salt and pepper powderand mix well.
  • Remove from fire, divide the stuffing into 6 equal portions.
  • Now take a bread slice, spread one portion of stuffing on the bread slice.
  • Spread grated cheese on the top, cover with another slice of bread.
  • Apply some butter on both side of bread and grill it, till the sandwich turns golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
