Vegetable Macaroni

 

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

 

  • 3 cups boiled macaroni
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilli
  • 3 tbsp grated scheese
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • salt to taste

 

Method

 

  • Heat the butter in pan and fry the onion for 1 minute.
  • Add the capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies and fry again for 1 minute.
  • Add the boiled macaroni, grated cheese and salt and sprinkle the spring onion remove from the heat.
  • Serve hot with tomato sause.
