Baked Pasta

Ingredients (for 2-3 servings)

  • 2 cups boiled macaroni
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup cut and boiled vegetables (carrot, beans, mater)
  • 1 capsicum, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 tsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp grated cooking cheese

Method (How to make pasta)

  • Heat the butter and fry the onion and green chili for 1 minute.
  • Add the boiled vegetables and saute 1 minutes.
  • Add the tomato puree, tomato ketchup and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the boiled macaroni, pepper and salt.
  • Pour pasta in oven safe vessel and sprinkle the cheese over it.
  • Bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
