Pudina Khakra




  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves (phudina)
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 3-4 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • half cup Oil




  • Grind together mint leaves and green chillies using some water in a mixer.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl and knead into a soft dough using the mint paste.
  • Divide the dough into 14-15 equal pieces and roll out each portion into a very thin roti using little dry flour.
  • Cook each roti on a tawa apply little oil both side of the roti and cook until brown spots appear on both the sides use cotton cloth and press khakra from both side until brown and crispy.
  • Cool and store in an air-tight container.
  • These will stay fresh upto 15-20 day
