Paneer Capsicum

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 1 cup Paneer (100 gram)
  • 1 Tomato, (long sliced)
  • 1 Large Capsicum (long sliced)
  • 1 Onion (long sliced)
  • ¼tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ¼tsp Turmeric pwd
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli pwd
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander pwd
  • 1 tblsp Kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp Garam masala pwd
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tblsp Vegetable/Olive oil
  • chopped Coriander for garnish

Directions

  • Heat Oil in a panadd Cumin seeds. When the seeds are light brown, add Onion & Capsicum. Fry for a min & add Ginger-garlic paste & fry well for few secs.
  • Add Tomato and fry few min. Add Turmeric pwd, Coriander pwd, Red chilli pwd, & Salt. Mix well & close the lid, cook till the Capsicum and tomatoes are soft.
  • Add mash Paneer Stir well for 3-4 mins. Add kasuri methi & garam masala mix gently.
  • Garnish with chopped Coriander & serve hot with chapati, roti, etc.
