Coconut Burfi



  • 250 grams condensed milk
  • 400 grams coconut powder
  • 2   green cardamom powder
  • tsp Milk
  • Some saffron threads


  • Soaked saffron in a warm milk.
  • Pour the condense milk in a heavy bottom pan and heat lightly until it melt.
  • Turn off the gas.
  • Mix well the Coconut powder, cardamom powder and saffron with melted condenses milk.
  • Pour this mixture on a pre-greased plate and spread evenly.
  • Let it be cool.
  • After cooling off cut the in the desired shape of Burfi.
  • Delicious coconut burfi is ready.
