Bundi Raita - Boondi Raita Recipe

Materials Required 

 

·         Curd 200g (Beaten)

·         Bundi 50 grams (a small bowl)

·         Roasted cumin powder ½ teaspoon

·         Green chilli (finely chopped 1)

·         1 teaspoon sugar

·         1 teaspoon coriander leaves finally chopped

·         Salt to taste

Method

 

·         Soak Boondi in warm water for 5 minutes.  Remove excess water from the Boondi. 

·         Take Curd in a bowl, add boondi, salt, sugar, cumin powder in curd and mix well. Boondi raita is ready

·          Garnish with coriander leaves.
