Wood apple juice -Bel ka Sharbat






1 medium size bel (Wood apple)
½ cup sugar
3-4 cup chilled water
1 Lemon (optional)

Method (How to make Bel ka Sharbat)

Remove all pulp from the bel and soak in the water for atleast 1 hr.
After that smash it well with your hands until the pulp gets properly dissolved in the water. (seperate the seeds and threds from the pulp)
Filter the mixture with juice filter properly.
Add sugar and mix well till sugar dissolve, add ice cubes to it.
Serve chilled Bel sharbat in glasses.

(you can add few drops of lemon juice also for taste)
