Mango Pana

 

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

 

  • 1 Raw Mango
  • 2 tbsp Pudina paste (Mint)
  • ½tbsp Jira powder
  • ½tbsp Sugar
  • Black pepper powder 2 pinch
  • Black salt to taste.

 

Method

 

  • Boil the Raw Mango with 2 glasses of water in a pressure cooker and Let this cool
  • After cooling down mash the mango in same water and throw away the skin and seed.
  • Add the Pudina paste, Jira powder, salt and black pepper powder, sugar and mix well. Serve it chilled. (Garnish it with some fresh mint leaves).
