Chilli Garlic Noodles

Ingredients(For3-4 servings)

  1. 3-4 cup Noodles (boiled)
  2. 2 tsp Lemon
  3. 4 Green chilies (finely sliced)
  4. 6-8 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  5. 1/2 cup Carrots (finely sliced)
  6. 1/2 cup Spring onions (finely sliced 1” peices)
  7. 1/2 cup Cabbage (finely chopped)
  8. 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  9. 2 tsp Dark Soya sauce
  10. 3 tbls oil
  11. Salt to taste

Method (How to make chilly garlic noodles)

  1. Heat oil in a Non stick pan or wok and fry garlic on medium flame till light golden.
  2. Add carrots, cabbage and spring onions and stir fry on high flame for a few minutes.
  3. Add salt, red chili flakes, green chilies, soya sauce and noodles, mixwell cook for few minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Garnish with spring onions and servehot.
