Chocolate Cranberry Cookies




  • 4 tbsp butter

  • ¾ cup maida (100 gram)

  • ¼ cup icing sugar

  • ¼ cup brown sugar powdered

  • 1 tbsp curd

  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

  • ¼ tsp salt (if using unsalted butter )

  • 1 tsp corn flour

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • 100 gram chopped dark chocolate

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or black raisins (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp milk (if required)




Method (How to make chocochunks cranberries)

  • Preheat the oven at 180 C. Line the baking try with parchment paper.

  • Mix maida, baking powder and salt and sift it.

  • In a mixing bowl whisk the butter till soft add icing sugar and brown sugar and whisk till fluffy and soft.

  • Add the curd and vanilla essence.

  • Add the maida and mix gently. Add milk if mixture is very dry.     

  • Add the chopped chocolate and cranberries and mix well.

  • Cover the dough and keep in the fridge for 30-1 hr.

  • Make small small balls and flatten them slightly using a fork.

  • Bake for 18-20 minutes of until done.

  • Rotate the tray after 10 minutes for even baking.

  • Serve when cool down completely.
